The College is located in a rural location and many students, staff and visitors live in rural areas which are poorly served by public transport. Therefore, for many people being able to access the College facilities by car is essential. However, whilst recognising this, the College is also committed to encouraging the use of more sustainable forms of transport where it is safe and practical for people to do so.
The College has a number of initiatives to support this; these include:
- A free shuttle bus, funded by the College, links the College to Cirencester. This operates throughout the day during term-time and has several stops around Cirencester, providing a convenient link for those wishing to travel to and from the College, either from the centre of the town or from home. The timetable can be found on the intranet.
- Secure cycle parking is available on the main campus.
