Delivery of knowledge exchange, translation, research and consultancy, on all aspects of sustainable food production management i.e. food safety, risk management, animal welfare, quality assurance, resource and natural capital management, worker welfare and supply chain performance.
Skilled in strategic project management and facilitating business development, having worked in the agri-food supply chain for over twenty-five years. Lead Assessor ISO 9000; ISO 14000.
