Dr Meriel Moore-Colyer BHSII has a PhD in Equine Nutrition and 18 years’ experience as a University Lecturer, teaching at HND, BSc and MSc levels, and has published more than 30 academic articles.
Research and consultancy:
- Equine nutrition (physiology and kinetics of fibre digestion; development of in vitro systems for measuring fermentation; commercial feed development)
- Exercise physiology (movement analysis and stress during performance)
- Respiratory disorders in relation to the stable environment
